Metal Honing Products

Honing refers to a process of using the grinding wheel against metallic materials to precisely polish the surface. It then determines the roundness and straightness of the material’s inside diameter and the accuracy and surface of the size. The polished surface has a mesh of intersecting lines where the lubricant gets caught up. This structure helps enhance the lubricating efficiency.

It is mainly used for polishing cylinder of motors and spindle of industrial bearings, and for honing the inside of gears.
